No. Each plan is one monthly price for the company. The plans differ in how many staff sign-ins, locations and warehouses they include; customer-portal sign-ins are always free.

Yes. Products, customers and suppliers can be imported from a spreadsheet (CSV or Excel). The import shows you every problem before anything is saved.

It can run your books on its own, or sit beside QuickBooks: it exports its journal entries in the file QuickBooks Online imports. There is no live connection to QuickBooks.

It applies the rates you enter for the states where you collect tax, and reports what was charged. It does not decide where you must register, and it does not file returns.

Your data is kept. The system closes until you choose a plan, and opens again as soon as you do.
